We asked Boundless to help us launch an innovative project to improve the wellbeing of stressed clinicians at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. Boundless enabled us to ‘walk in the shoes’ of hospital staff and gain real insight into their needs rather than using our gut feelings and assumptions to guide our decisions. Daren Gordon is a communications expert, shaping transformation programmes for big brands. His expertise includes internal campaigning, press office and investor relations. He coaches leaders and teams to drive change.
